TERMS OF SERVICE

I. General Terms

I reserve the right to withdraw my services if you do any of the following:

are rude, threatening, or abusive to me in any way
maliciously withhold payment
try to force me to draw anything in my "won't do" list
violate any of these terms at any point in time, whether it's during the production of your piece or any amount of time afterwards

I reserve the right to decline anything out of my comfort zone or skill level. I will not provide services to anyone involved in NFT/cryptoart circles under any circumstances.Artwork will usually be delivered within 1-2 weeks. If you need to meet a deadline, tell me in your first message and I will let you know if I can work under those conditions or not. Please be patient and keep in mind that I have some fatigue issues, as well as hand pain from continuous drawing that needs rest to prevent damage.Visual references are a prerequisite! Working off a verbal description will have additional costs because it's essentially doing character design as well. Rudimentary sketches or mockups are also very welcome! It saves us both a lot of trouble. Even basic layouts with stick figures are good!This is a digital purchase with no physical product. The product will not be mailed to you. It will be sent via email.

II. Copyright

As the artist/producer, I hold every right to the finished product and all of the stages of progress beforehand. I am allowed to use it in promotions and publish/post them wherever I want/need to.As the client, the product is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are allowed to physically print products from me for personal use, but can only republish it on social media if I am visibly credited. You may NOT resell the image to third parties.The final product you receive for personal use will have minimal watermarking, however the versions you may republish will be watermarked much more heavily.For character design commissions, you as the client hold full personal, non-commercial use rights to the character as long as I am visibly credited as the original designer.As the client/commissioner, you DO NOT have the right to mint/sell any commissions you receive from me for NFTs/cryptoart.
Violation of this will result in your permanent blacklisting, as well as your username being posted to warn other artists about you.

III. Payment

Unless otherwise specified in one-on-one transactions, payment is only accepted via PayPal invoice, in USD. You have to agree to an invoice.Payment will be made in full upfront before I start the piece.I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES OF ANY KIND.

IV. Refunds & Cancellation

I will not accept refunds after the product is fully completed and sent.If you cancel suddenly, you still have to pay me for whatever work was already finished.If I am unable to provide or finish the product for any reason, I will provide a refund.

V. Changes & Workflow

I am very transparent with my workflow through every step, and can provide updates at no charge whenever needed! I try to never go more than a week without giving an update, but feel free to ask me about progress whenever you want!I will accept changes for free during each stage of production (sketch, lineart, rough color, final render) and will not proceed to the next stage without confirmation from you, the client.I will charge for changes to previous stages when I've already moved to the next stage (change to sketch when I'm already lining, change to rough color when I'm already in render, etc.)I save all the original layered files of all my work, so changes can also be requested when I've already delivered the final product. This will be charged as well.
